My interactive fiction Procrastination Simulator is an open source project on Github and @Utopian-io. Anyone can see/edit the code, report issues or make their own version of the IF.
In the last Dev-log I talked about how I improved the text of the game and some of the passage-links easier to read/edit. This time I worked on improving the visual aspect of the project and uploading the IF to game playing websites.
Uploaded to Gamejolt/Itch.io
Procrastination Simulator is playable now on three platforms, there are small differences between the Steem & non-steem versions, so pick the one you prefer:
SteemGG | Itch.io | Gamejolt

Added Backgrounds
Better graphics was one of the most demanded features when I asked for suggestions. I drew the background myself with and using some public domain pictures. Though, I'll be glad if someone volunteered to make better backgrounds.
I also changed the looks of each passage header, as you see from the image above (the one that compares the differences between this update and before.) Now it looks more fitting and professional than it was.
Finally, I changed the file structure... Now all the images including the title screen logo are in the "images" sub-directory.
Small Changes for Greater Effect
I believe these small changes in the backgrounds will increase the likability of this small interactive fiction. I'm excited to know what do you think about the update.
(It took more effort than I thought)
Hopefully next time there will be a major update.
