Actifit can't run in my device

Expected Behavior

Every non-rooted device can run Actifit app without facing any problem.

Actual Behavior

When I try to run Actifit app, It gives an error message that my phone is rooted & Actifit can only run on non rooted device.
But my phone is non rooted device. I have checked the root status. It shows that my phone is non rooted.

There is a same problem of another users. I have found it from google play store's user review.

My device:

Brand : LAVA
Model: IRIS 820
RAM: 1GB
ROM: 8GB
ROOT STATUS : NOT ROOTED

Additional Note :

This problem happens only some device. I have two device. One device can run Actifit app and another device can't open this app. So, I can't write the reproduce method.
