Details
SwapSteem is a p2p exchange based on the Steem blockchain that enables Steem users to trade their STEEM/SBD for fiat and vice versa. We already have a demo in place at www.swapsteem.online.
Components
As as part of this task request, we are inviting bug Hunting and ideas contributions to our application.
There are two types of contributions requested as mentioned below :
- Ideas We are looking forward to users feedback and suggestions in order to create a user friendly interface. Interested contributors can check out our existing application and test it for the features offered. If you think we can add something to the application along with whatever we already have, please feel free to create an issue on GitHub after discussion with the project owner using the enhancements template and we will consider it as an idea contribution for utopian upvote.
- Bug Hunting Similarly, interested candidates can test our application for potential vulnerabilities, possiblities of scam or loss of funds/data. We are accepting any potential security issue since we are dealing with funds here.If you find a bug/vulnerability, you can raise an issue using the template provided in the repo.
Important Note
You can test the demo at www.swapsteem.online if you have 2 different Steem accounts. If not, do NOT trade more than 1 Steem/SBD with other trader accounts. Also, please ONLY trade with people you know and are available on your DISCORD for quick communication. We are still implementing the notifications feature for real time trading. Deadline
There is no specific deadline for Bug Hunting or Enhancements.
Communication
Interested contributors should get in touch with us on our Discord before creating an issue for enhancement or bug fixes. Contributions approved by @swapsteem will be eligible for utopian, supporters' and stakeholders' upvotes.
