A 33 year old man from Dallas, North America who was described as being in "top shape" previous to receiving a flu vaccination has lost the majority of his fingers and toes after developing sepsis a few days after he got the shot (see full article HERE).

There has recently been quite a lot of coverage on the flu epidemic as of late which has left people wondering what is causing it, ABCnews published an article that says there have been 17,101 laboratory-confirmed cases that have led to hospitalisations between Oct. 1, 2017, and Feb. 3.
A doctor from the CDC (Center for Disease Control) has said:
“We have seen people dying across the country of the flu, and one thing nearly all of them have in common is they got the flu shot.”

The acting director for CDC Dr. Anne Schuchat has said that:
10 children have died from influenza in the past week alone.

Even the pharmaceutical companies know how dangerous there vaccines are and have been putting blunt disclaimers on their packaging (see below).
