A simple stretch or a drop back or hand movement is enough to help increase body activity which in turn increases blood circulation and releases tension all over the body.
The body was created to move, inactivity is not good for the general wellbeing of the body.
Whatever form of exercise you decide to do make sure you move and stretch...
