Primero que todo un buen estiramiento porque no queremos lesionar ningún músculo , porque vamos a hacer aguante son dips con escapula: Trabaja principalmente los tríceps, pectorales y deltoides, ayudando a desarrollar fuerza y masa muscular en estas áreas, al involucrar la escápula, contribuye a la estabilidad de la articulación del hombro, lo que es crucial para prevenir lesiones, es un ejercicio que simula movimientos cotidianos y puede mejorar la funcionalidad en actividades diarias. En este ejercicio estaremos haciendo 10 repeticiones por 4 series.

Nuestro segundo ejercicio es L-sit a tuck: Este movimiento activa intensamente los músculos abdominales y el core, lo que ayuda a desarrollar una base sólida para otros ejercicios, al mantener la posición de L-sit, se requiere una considerable fuerza en los hombros, lo que contribuye a su desarrollo, la transición entre L-sit y tuck implica un rango de movimiento que puede mejorar la flexibilidad de la cadera y la parte posterior de las piernas. En este ejercicio estaremos haciendo 5 repeticiones por 4 series.

Nuestro tercer y último ejercicio son dips: Hacer dips sirve principalmente para fortalecer y tonificar los músculos del tren superior, especialmente los tríceps braquiales, el pectoral mayor y los deltoides anteriores. También ayuda a mejorar la estabilidad y la fuerza en los hombros y los brazos. Además, es un ejercicio que puede contribuir al desarrollo de la fuerza funcional y aumentar la masa muscular en la parte superior del cuerpo. En este ejercicio estaremos haciendo 20 repeticiones por 4 series.
