Hola a todos, espero que se encuentren bien, hoy me tome un tiempito para retomar y escribir un día mas de este reto llamado #BloggingChallenge, me adelante unas cuantas preguntas, pero esta vez quiero compartir con ustedes que me hace sentir mejor en todos los aspectos de mi vida, hay muchas cosas que me hacen sentir bien al igual que otras me hacen sentir de forma contraria, creo que todos somos en este sentido iguales, aun no conozco la primera persona que sea feliz totalmente cada día de su vida pero si conozco muchos que tratan de que muchas cosas no les afecten y dan la impresión de que siempre están bien. >>Hello everyone, I hope you are well, today I took a little time to resume and write one more day of this challenge called #BloggingChallenge, I went ahead a few questions, but this time I want to share with you what makes me feel better in all aspects of my life, there are many things that make me feel good as well as others that make me feel the opposite way, I think we are all the same in this sense, I still do not know the first person who is totally happy every day of his life but I do know many who try not to let many things affect them and give the impression that they are always fine. https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/awilhelm/2458Uy9ynrksftSkE4cN1TQaTbycC2Fsqnjo6mDXXtP5ap8NuPYdiKGNSZ8oq3K8ThQZg.png Por mi parte puedo decirles que yo simplemente con tener presente que mi madre e hijo se encuentran bien, es razón suficiente para sentirme tranquila y feliz, por esa misma razón trabajo duro a diario para que estas dos personas que son pilares fundamentales para mi siempre estén bien y eso es mas que suficiente para sentirme recompensada, eso por el lado personal, pero si me voy por el lado físico, soy una mujer activa, antes de la pandemia me ejercitaba mucho y aunque nunca he sido totalmente flaca, siempre le di importancia al ejercicio por que me gusta sentirme bien conmigo misma, creo que es una de las cosas mas importantes, pero sin embargo desde que llego la cuarentena no he podido asistir mas a un gimnasio pero eso no quiere decir que no me cuide, soy estricta con mi alimentación y trato de hacerlo lo mas sano posible. >>For my part I can tell you that just by having in mind that my mother and son are well, is reason enough to feel calm and happy, for that same reason I work hard every day so that these two people who are fundamental pillars for me are always well and that is more than enough to feel rewarded, that on the personal side, but if I go on the physical side, I am an active woman, before the pandemic I exercised a lot and although I have never been totally skinny, I always gave importance to exercise because I like to feel good about myself, I think it is one of the most important things, but however since I reached forty I have not been able to attend a gym but that does not mean that I do not take care of myself, I am strict with my diet and I try to do it as healthy as possible.
