Agradezco a estos lindos usuarios @rutablockchain y @bluemist por darme la oportunidad de poder formar parte de ustedes y a @purrix por motivarme a hacerlo. Sé que será agradable leerme y hasta se van a reír. Mi madre me colocó por nombre Johnnerys de primero, cosa que no tiene compón, ni son jajajaja! porque les cuento que no es una mezcla de dos nombres… Ella realmente no sabía qué nombre colocarme y terminó por gustarle la palabra (o nombre) Johnnson y se preguntó con qué lo puedo combinar? y dijo: " Nery" y así surgió Johnnerys. Por segundo nombre, porque según ella, (milagrosamente me salvó la Virgen de Lourdes en medio de su fe) de ahí mi segundo nombre, o sea mi nombre es Johnnerys del Lourdes 🙄 Debo decir que no me gustan mis nombres y he tenido que hacer cosas, para que a nivel de constelaciones familiares para no afectar a otros, realicé una carta de "YO RENUNCIO" a todo lo negativo que me generaban mis nombres; unas veces, porque lo escriben mal y he tenido problemas legales por estar mal escrito. Cariñosamente me dicen "Beba". Así me conocen en todo el país, tengo 38 años de edad, nací un sábado 9 de Marzo 1985.

Tuve una niñez entre el campo gallinas, pollos, ganado, siembras de tabaco, papa, maíz entre otras cosas. Viví con mis padres y mis hermanos, que son dos varones y yo, soy la única hembra. Vivimos juntos hasta mis 14 años, en Chirgua un pueblito en el Estado Carabobo, porque es cuando mis padres deciden separarse. Nos mudamos a Caracas y viví con mi tío y su familia hasta los 16 años que decidí desplegar mis alas y volar.

Actualmente vivo en el estado Miranda Municipio, Baruta exactamente en la Trinidad, Caracas Venezuela. Vivo donde la paz y la tranquilidad están siempre presentes y donde la vida me cambió por completo al llegar donde hoy en día, hago vida. Me encantan los gatos y acá, en mi zona, hay muchos.

Me lance a la vida independiente a los 16 años, estudiaba 4to año de bachillerato... Estudiaba y trabajaba y así me gradué de bachiller. Fue duro si, porque al salir de mi casa ya mis padres no me iban a ayudar más; eres tu sola contra el mundo, pero siempre he sido de las personas con un norte claro, lo que deseo lo tengo y quería vivir sola y lo logré, siempre trabajando y ganando mi dinero honestamente, jamás he robado, si quiero algo y no puedo en ese momento, reúno el dinero para obtenerlo con mi esfuerzo.

Estudie hasta 3er. semestre, Gestion Fiscal y Tributaria, pero vivía sola alquilada, tuve muchos momentos en los que no podía pagar el semestre y tuve que congelar mi carrera. O vivía o estudiaba, no contaba con nadie para nada siempre yo con yo. Para irles contando un poco sobre mí, a mis 23 años fui madre, pero a los 8 meses de embarazo, me vi en la penosa situación de interrumpir mi embarazo, por tener preeclampsia. El bebé nació y a los 12 días falleció, por un edema pulmonar. Yo ese día, morí, señores, morí de dolor por dentro, se me desgarró el alma y en ese momento, la Beba que fui antes, dejó de existir. Pero renací de ese dolor y de esta frustración que no me permitió disfrutar de mi hijo… así como un día me sumergí en la depresión por no tenerlo por haber perdido mi hogar, mi pareja y todo lo que había construido, llegue a ese fondo negro , ahí me sentí como si estuviese debajo de una laguna llena de lodo; escuchaba a las personas a lo lejos, no comía, solo lloraba y dormía, pero un buen día, me dije: "ya basta, Beba". Me levante de ese piso del fondo a donde había llegado a pisar, fui a bañarme y me fui a la peluquería a cortarme el cabello, a darle un cambio a mi rostro porque así yo estuviera destrozada, yo debía verme bonita. Todo pasa, así como los buenos momentos se disfrutan, me tocó aprender que del dolor, tenía que salir, así que me fortalecí hoy soy otra. ¿Se preguntarán como salí de eso? Ese mismo día, una amiga había llevado mis papeles a una entidad bancaria y días después, tuve una entrevista y quedé seleccionada para mi alegría. Comencé a trabajar y debía tener cuidado y estar pendiente, porque mis pechos no dejaban de producir leche materna y se me derramaba. Eso me desesperaba, pero mi doctor, me mandó una pastillas, que secaron la leche de mis pechos y bueno el trabajo me ayudó a distraerme, tanto que cuando me di cuenta ya habían pasado 3 meses y así es como fui superando el dolor más grande que he tenido.

Soy una mujer resiliente, emprendedora,trabajadora realmente encantadora, multifacética, hago de todo un poco; no soy perfecta, tengo defectos y virtudes como todo ser humano. Soy defensora de derechos humanos y tengo 10 años velando por los derechos de los más vulnerados, niños y niñas, mujeres, personas de tercera edad y personas con alguna discapacidad o alguna enfermedad.

Demasiado cariñosa aunque antes de conocerme puedo caerle mal a las personas por mi expresión de seriedad. Pero no soy así, soy muy amorosa, romántica, enamorada de las cosas que se hacen con el corazón y desde el amor. Me encanta la naturaleza, los cielos azules, amante del sol y de la luna llena y esos días que son grises, y suelo ponerle mis más alegres colores.

Hago ejercicios desde siempre no estoy mega buena nooo...! lo hago para mantener mi salud activa. Tengo hipotiroidismo y por ende, debo estar activa, porque esa señora, (La Tiroides) me pone gordita. Si me quedo dormida y no hago las cosas bien, puedo enfermarme así como también debo tener una buena alimentación, muy balanceada y debo estar en movimiento constante, a parte de eso, soy intolerante al gluten y a la lactosa, evito consumir esos ingredientes. Tampoco es que me voy a morir si consumo algo de esos alimentos, pero sí me hacen daño, me intoxican y luego pueden venir esas consecuencias que nadie quiere.

A lo largo de mi vida, he trabajado en muchas cosas. Trabajé en tiendas, fui encargada de 3 tiendas por 3 años; trabajé en un restaurante, en un spa, en un centro comercial, en un banco. Fui comerciante, me fui del país durante un tiempo y volví… Señores, quien diga que migrar solo, es bueno, está loco. Yo no soporté la soledad y por eso, decidí regresar a mi país. Aquí trabajé en política, cosa que no me aportó nada positivo solo darme cuenta de lo malo que son los políticos en general, salvo la felicidad que experimenté mientras ayudé a los más necesitados, eso me llenó el alma. Ciertamente, hoy lo extraño, pero extraño es ese contacto con las personas más desprotegidas y el hecho de haber podido ayudar a tantas personas. En el camino he perdido a tantos afectos; desde mi hijo, mi padre, primos, familia, amigos, amigas, personas que pasan por mi vida a dejarme algo y otros que solo llegan para mostrarme a quien no puedo tener a mi lado. Soy de las amigas leales, sinceras y solidarias. Si me puedo quitar algo porque tu lo necesitas lo haré. Soy incondicional, conmigo en las malas es cuando más cerca me tendrás, porque en las buenas, está cualquiera y como no me gustan las fiestas, ni los desmadres, pues nunca aparezco en las buenas. Me enamoré y soy feliz con la vida que llevo. En este punto, me gusta ser muy reservada, ya que es mi vida, muy muy privada. Un mes antes de la pandemia, tuve un accidente con mi esposo y me dejó inhabilitada por 9 meses; tuve que operarme el codo derecho debido a una fractura de hueso. Eso me enseñó abrupta-mente que un día estás y al segundo podemos desaparecer. Siendo una persona derecha, aprendí hasta a escribir con la mano izquierda, fue un reto para mí y conté con el apoyo incondicional de mi madre y mi pareja. A ellos les agradezco mi recuperación, pero primeramente a Dios. Como el mundo cambió y nos tocó estar encerrados y re inventarnos luego de un año, comencé a capacitarme en algo que siempre me había gustado que era el arte de las uñas. Inicié desde lo más básico, estudié en una academia y ahí me fortalecí, aprendí un oficio que me permitiera vivir de eso y no tener jefes, ni a quién rendirle cuenta de mi trabajo. Aún lo práctico y siempre me actualizo, para ofrecerle a mis clientas, lo mejor. Esto es algo que disfruto hacer y me encanta hacer pies, más que las manos.

De mi compañero de vida, he aprendido a ser más independiente, a ser más cuidadosa y precavida con las acciones que puedo hacer, porque toda acción tiene una reacción. Aprendí con el amar la montaña, él y yo practicamos senderismo. Con él, he logrado subir nuestro majestuoso Waraira Repano, nuestro Cerro el Ávila, ese pulmón vegetal que custodia nuestra capital y aunque no he subido a todos los picos, cuando subo uno más y puedo disfrutar del hermoso amanacer, pienso aquí estoy yo, soy parte de esto y amo esa sensación de satisfacción por haberlo logrado. Subir la montaña, no es cualquier cosa, es una lucha entre el cuerpo y la mente, porque se puede estar muy cansado y fatigado pero si la mente dice: "ya no puedo", créelo, así es, ya no puedes. Creo que para lograrlo, primero hay que mentalizarse y estar psicológicamente preparado para asumir, subir, caminar, caerse, que el monte te corte los brazos y tu seguir diciendo: "yo puedo, claro que puedo". (mi hobby favorito la playa y la montaña)

Otra cosa que disfruto enormemente es cocinar. Aprendí desde muy pequeña, porque a los 7 años, yo ya tenía una arepa en mis manos y con los temas de salud, siempre estoy investigando recetas y luego las hago; me encanta hacer comida venezolana, comida mexicana, comida arabe, y las que se me ocurran. Para mí, toda receta tiene su versión light; luego les muestro mis ricas recetas.

En el Gimnasio me encanta hacer clases de Trx, clase de Step, y me gusta mucho la bicicleta estacionaria una modalidad que se llama Training Bike. Tengo un amigo que desde siempre me entusiasma diciendo: ¡Beba, vamos Beba acompáñame! Y hoy en día disfruto mis clases, de la alegre y vibrante música y de mis 45 minutos de cardio fuerte. Claro, eso no lo es todo en entreno, por que hago pesas, mi esposo es personal trainer y de verdad créanme el es un mega entrenador ya con 8 años de experiencia. Con determinación, él ha sido quien ha logrado mejorar mi salud y obviamente mi empeño de estar y sentirme mucho mejor cada día.

Les hablaré sobre mis viajes, mis clases de training bike y el gimnasio, de las veces que la mente ha querido doblegarme mientras subo un pico; también les hablaré de mi pasión por la cocina y de mis labores sociales para con los más necesitados y existirán días donde solo me desahogaré desde el amor y la comprensión, para que exista un espacio para compartir opiniones mi intención es estar siempre por acá y se que pronto nos veremos.

Llegue a este espacio gracias a una vecina, que se ha vuelto mi amiga, Alicia García (@purrix). A la vida le agradezco que nuestros caminos se hayan unido. Seguiremos aprendiendo de la vida, querida Ali. No tengo hijos aún, pero si deseo ser madre. Espero en un año, poder planificar nuestro bebé; amo a los niños, a todos. Desde los más grandes, hasta los más pequeños. Para mí, estos ángeles no se tocan. Llevo una vida tranquila en mi casita; el ingrediente más sabroso, es la paz y el amor propio. No voy a decirles que todo es perfecto, porque no todos los días son iguales, pero con cabeza fría vamos pensando qué hacer, cómo mejorar y que nos vaya sumando de granito en granito, con la convicción de que en 10 años estaremos donde nos lo propusimos y donde merecemos, por nuestros esfuerzos y donde la experiencia nos permita, siempre de la mano de Dios. Trato y pongo mi empeño en mantenerme activa, siendo creativa, para poder ayudar a todo aquel que lo necesite y se sientan identificados conmigo, siempre invitando a la reflexión, porque a pesar de todo lo mal que podemos estar o que hayamos podido estar en algún momento, siempre debemos secarnos las lágrimas, sacudirnos la tristeza y seguir adelante porque esto también pasará. Todo pasa. Sigamos adelante cada día como si fuera nuestro último día de nuestras vidas y vivimos al máximo, ya que estoy segura de que Dios nos está acumulando las alegrías.

I thank these nice users @rutablockchain and @bluemist for giving me the opportunity to be able to be part of you and @purrix for motivating me to do so. I know I'll be enjoyable to read and you'll even laugh. My mother gave me the name Johnnerys as my first name, something that has no compón, nor son hahahaha! because I tell you that it is not a mixture of two names ... She really did not know what name to give me and ended up liking the word (or name) Johnnson and wondered what I can combine it with? and said: "Nery" and so Johnnerys was born. By middle name, because according to her, (miraculously the Virgin of Lourdes saved me through her faith) hence my middle name, that is my name is Johnnerys del Lourdes 🙄. I launched myself into independent life at the age of 16. I was a 4th year high school student. Studying and working, and that's how I graduated from high school. I studied up to 3rd semester, Fiscal and Tax Management, but I lived alone, rented and I had many moments when I could not pay the semester and I had to freeze my career. Everything passes, just as the good moments are enjoyed, I had to learn that I had to get out of the pain, so I got stronger. How did I get out of it, you may wonder? That same day, a friend had taken my papers to a bank and days later, I had an interview and was selected to my joy. I started to work and I had to be careful and watch out, because my breasts kept producing breast milk and it was leaking. That made me desperate, but my doctor sent me some pills, which dried the milk from my breasts and well, work helped me to distract me, so much so that when I realized it had already been 3 months and that's how I overcame the biggest pain I've ever had.

I'm too affectionate although before meeting me people may not like me because of my serious expression. But that is not me, I am very loving, romantic, in love with things that are done with the heart and from love. I love nature, blue skies, lover of the sun and the full moon and those days that are gray, and I usually put my most cheerful colors on it.

I do exercise since forever I'm not mega hot nooo...! I do it to keep my health active. My hypothyroidism means I have to be active, because that lady, (Thyroid) makes me chubby. If I fall asleep and don't do things right, I can get sick and I must also have a good diet, very balanced and I must be in constant movement, besides that, I am intolerant to gluten and lactose, I avoid consuming those ingredients. Not that I'm going to die if I consume any of those foods, but they do harm me, they intoxicate me and then can come those consequences that no one wants.

Throughout my life, I have worked in many things. I worked in stores, I was in charge of 3 stores for 3 years; I worked in a restaurant, in a spa, in a mall, in a bank. I was a merchant, I left the country for a while and came back.... Gentlemen, whoever says that migrating alone is good, is crazy. I could not stand loneliness and that is why I decided to return to my country. Here I worked in politics, which brought me nothing, except the happiness I experienced while helping the most needy, that filled my soul. Certainly, today I miss it, but I miss that contact with the most unprotected people and the fact of having been able to help so many people. Along the way I have lost so many loved ones; from my son, my father, cousins, family, friends, friends, friends, people who pass through my life to leave me something and others who only come to show me who I can not have by my side. I am a loyal, sincere and supportive friend. If I can take something away from me because you need it, I will do it. I am unconditional, with me, in the bad times is when you will have me closer, because in the good times, there is anyone and as I don't like parties, nor the raves, I never show up in the good times. Along the way I have lost so many loved ones; from my son, my father, cousins, family, friends, friends, friends, people who pass through my life to leave me something and others who only come to show me who I can not have by my side. I am a loyal, sincere and supportive friend. If I can take something away from me because you need it, I will do it. I am unconditional, with me, in the bad times is when you will have me closer, because in the good times, there is anyone and as I don't like parties, or the rampages, I never show up in the good times. I fell in love and I am happy with the life I lead. At this point, I like to be very reserved, because it is my life, very, very private. A month before the pandemic, I had an accident with my husband and it left me disabled for 9 months; I had to have surgery on my right elbow due to a bone fracture. That abruptly taught me that one day you are there and the second, you can disappear. Being a right-handed person, I even learned to write with my left hand, it was a challenge for me and I had the unconditional support of my mother and my partner. I thank them for my recovery, but first and foremost I thank God. As the world changed and we had to be locked up and reinvent ourselves after a year, I began to train myself in something I had always liked, which was nail art. I started from the basics, I studied at an academy and there I got stronger, I learned a trade that would allow me to live from it and not have bosses, or to whom to be accountable for my work. Even today I still practice it and I always update myself, to offer my clients the best. I enjoy doing this and I love doing feet, more than hands.

I learned from my life partner to be more independent, to be more careful and cautious with the actions I can do, because every action has a reaction. I learned from the sea, the mountains, he and I practice hiking. With him, I have managed to climb our majestic Waraira Repano, our Cerro el Avila, that vegetable lung that guards our capital and although I have not climbed all the peaks, when I climb one more and I can enjoy the beautiful sunrise, I think here I am, I am part of this and I love that feeling of satisfaction for having achieved it. Climbing the mountain is not just anything, it is a struggle between the body and the mind, because you can be very tired and fatigued but if the mind says: "I can't do it anymore", believe it, that's right, you can't do it anymore. I think that to achieve it, first you have to be mentally and psychologically prepared to assume, climb, walk, fall, that the mountain cuts your arms and you keep saying: "I can, of course I can". ( my favorite hobby, the beach and the mountains).

The other thing I enjoy enormously is cooking. When I was 7 years old, I already had an arepa in my hands and with health issues, I'm always researching recipes and then I make them; I love to make Venezuelan food, Mexican food, Arab food, and whatever else I can think of. For me, every recipe has its light version; then I show you my delicious recipes.

At the Gym I love to do Trx classes, Step class, and I really like the stationary bike a modality that is called Training Bike. One of my friends has always enthused me saying: "Beba, come on Beba, come with me! And nowadays I enjoy my classes, the lively and vibrant music and my 45 minutes of hard cardio. Of course, that's not all training, weights, because my husband is my trainer and believe me he is a mega trainer with 8 years of experience. With determination, he has been the one who has managed to improve my health and obviously my determination to be and feel much better.

I'll tell you about my travels, my training bike classes and the gym, the times that the mind has wanted to bend me while climbing a peak; I'll also tell you about my passion for cooking and my social work for the needy and there will be days where I will only vent from love and understanding, so that there is a space to share opinions My intention is to always be here and soon we will see each other.

I came to this space thanks to a neighbor, who has become my friend, Alicia Garcia (@purrix). I thank life that our paths have come together. We will continue to learn from life, dear Ali. I don't have children yet, but I do want to be a mother. I hope in a year, to be able to plan our baby; I love children, all of them. From the oldest to the youngest. For me, these angels are not to be touched. I lead a quiet life in my little house; the most delicious ingredient is peace and self-love. I am not going to tell you that everything is perfect, because not every day is the same, but with a cool head we are thinking about what to do, how to improve and how to add up, little by little, with the conviction that in 10 years we will be where we set out to be and where we deserve to be, through our efforts and where experience allows us to be, always hand in hand with God. I try and I put my efforts to stay active, being creative, to be able to help anyone who needs it and feel identified with me, always inviting reflection, because despite how bad we can be or that we may have been at some point, we must always dry our tears, shake off the sadness and move forward because this too will pass. Everything passes. So let's move forward each day as if it is our last day of our lives and live to the fullest, as I am sure God is heaping the joys upon us.
