Hola amigos espero se encuentren bien, para mi es un placer seguir compartiendo información valiosa que pueden ayudar a muchas personas. El día de hoy quiero compartirles una información muy útil, es una gran herramienta que utilizan la mayoría de los técnicos e ingenieros para la reparación de neveras, aires acondicionados, ya sea de carros o casa entre otros. Se llama bomba de vacío.

Claro a veces no podemos tenerlas todas por su costo, pero se hace el esfuerzo ya que valdrá la pena. Hoy día existen muchas herramientas de refrigeración lo cual son muy importantes que la posea un técnico frigorista, ya que su trabajo va a garantizar mayor durabilidad al equipo a trabajar y aumentar el porcentaje de eficiencia en el trabajo, una de ellas es la bomba de vacio. La bomba de vacío es una herramienta indispensable para trabajar la refrigeración, ya sea a nivel industrial, comercial y doméstico. Es una herramienta capaz de hacer vacío o succionar los gases no condensables en un sistema frigorífico, también es capaz de eliminar humedad del sistema. Cabe mencionar que los gases no condensables del sistema, son aquellos gases que no se mezclan de uno u otra manera con los distintos tipos de refrigerantes que existen como por ejemplo R22. Cuando se menciona del sistema interno, nos referimos a condensador, compresor entre otros y las diferentes tuberías que conecta cada uno de ellos. Internamente no debe existir gases no condensables. Los gases no condensable, afectan el funcionamiento normal del equipo, ya que elevan la presión interna, trayendo como consecuencias diferentes anomalías dentro del sistema frigorífico, como altas temperaturas, mediciones incorrectas de las presiones del refrigerante. ¿Y verdad que un técnico no desea eso? Sería un gran dolor de cabeza.🙃 Está gran herramienta, la bomba de vacío, se encarga de extraer esos gases y sacarlos al ambiente, de hecho, son gases que de por sí el ambiente ya los tiene por lo tanto no contamina. Los gases no condensables son los que nosotros respiramos, hidrógeno, nitrógeno, carbón, Elio, oxígeno y otros. Estos son los gases que no se condensan no pasan de un sistema, es decir, de estado gaseoso a líquido por sí solo.

Funcionamiento:

¿Cómo hace el trabajo la bomba de vacío? La bomba dispone de un pico de entrada o una conexión que es por dónde succiona, allí se conecta una manguera de refrigeración, si es de alta calidad mejor y de esa manguera al manómetro y del manometro otra manguera al sistema. El sistema debe de tener una toma de servicio donde se conecta un vacuómetro que mide que vacío ay en el sistema, pero después le hablare de esa otra herramienta. Este va a medir la cantidad de vacío que hay en tanto el sistema, y dependiendo de eso el técnico procederá a la otra fase del trabajo.

Lamentablemente hay técnicos que utilizan compresores de nevera porque está herramienta es un poco costosa. El compresor también hace un vacío que succiona, pero no es recomendable ya que no llega al vacío máximo, a diferencia de la bomba si baja a un vacío más profundo. Para equipos de refrigeración de bajas temperaturas que trabajan de menos 20 o 30 grados, es necesario y fundamental hacerle un vacío profundo, hay que usar un Vacuómetro (cabe mencionar que algunos manómetros lo poseen). Esto garantiza que el equipo a reparar quedé lo más óptimo posible, evitando así daños permanentes a corto o mediano plazo.

Mantenimiento de la bomba de vacio:

A la bomba de vacío se le recomienda que se le cambié el aceite, porque ella internamente tiene un aceite para lubricar las diferentes piezas mecánicas y maximizar el vacío, periódicamente debe cambiarse el aceite, se recomienda un cambio de aceite al ser utilizado mínimo una cantidad de 10 veces de trabajo o dependiendo de la contaminación que tenga. La bomba posee un visor de aceite para ver el estado del mismo. Este aceite se cambia periódicamente, para darle más vida útil.Cabe mencionar que no es cualquier aceite que se le hecha si no el adecuado para la bomba de vacío.
