Bem vindos a mais uma postagem do desafio semanal de replay. Hoje irei demonstrar todo o potencial de um monstro que considero muito bom para batalhas com pouca capacidade de mana e com o elemento terra. Acredito que muitos já perceberam, mas Splinterlands parece sempre nos oferecer 2 opções certas de tanque, uma para altas capacidades de mana e outra para as baixas. Isso é muito interessante, afinal, sabemos que podemos contar com aquela carta especifica dependente de cada situação. *Sem mais delongas, vamos ao conteúdo, conto com a presença e atenção de todos vocês!*

Esse simpático (ou não) gigante é um monstro que costumo utilizar muito para as regras de batalhas com pouca capacidade de mana. Ele se encaixa perfeitamente com uma boa sinergia com a sua equipe, apesar de que a invocadora OBSIDIAN não aplicar seu efeito de +1 de dano mágico para as unidades com este tipo de ataque. ![](https://images.ecency.com/DQmP1vgpusAqr1S2JWFmzogHpjr6vVL4FUvfx2SHGanEPZ7/image.png) _{[Arte Original](https://splinterlands.com/?p=card_details&id=370&gold=false&edition=7&tab=lore)} Unidade comum do elemento terra, com custo 3 de mana, HILL GIANT é uma opção sensacional para as batalhas em que temos poucos recursos para invocação dos monstros. Muitos tanques possuem o dano base mínimo, mas, em compensação tem um custo de mana baixo e muita vida, que é exatamente o que precisamos. Sua única habilidade é desbloqueada no nível 6, falaremos sobre ela no próximo tópico. Acredito que por isso, tenha status bem desenvolvidos, para compensar ter apenas 1 habilidade em toda a sua história de niveis. Como dito, HILL GIANT possui apenas 1 habilidade em todos os seus níveis:

***[Stun](https://www.splintercards.com/abilities.php?ab=6):** O monstro que possui essa habilidade, tem 50% de chance de causar um atordoamento quando atinge o alvo. Caso o efeito seja aplicado, seu adversário pula / perde o próximo turno.* Sinceramente não vejo essa habilidade como muito funcional, pois pensem comigo, o que imagino é que como possui pouca velocidade, pode acontecer de que HILL GIANT não consiga acertar seu adversário com eficácia. Sendo assim, se torna mais uma habilidade de sorte mesmo, claro que se aplicar o atordoamento, será muito bom, mas não vejo como algo que vá funcionar sempre. O elemento água por exemplo, possui muitos monstros com velocidade alta, então com certeza azul pode ser uma das piores partidas que teremos. Agora se de alguma forma conseguimos aplicar um *[True Strike](https://www.splintercards.com/abilities.php?ab=56)*, existe uma ótima possibilidade do atordoamento fazer um estrago.

Este tópico é bem tranquilo que nem precisa dos prints do campo de batalha demonstrando. Na minha visão 95% das vezes HILL GIANT irá na primeira posição para realizar a sua função de tanque. Em algumas regras de batalhas, costumo utilizar ele também, em outras meio que nunca testei, mas tenho uma visão como teoria. Um exemplo que costumo utilizar com certeza é na [REVERSE SPEED](https://www.splintercards.com/rulesets.php?rs=22). Alguns exemplos de teoria é utilizar nas regras que permitam os monstros de ataque corpo a corpo atacar fora da primeira posição, no seu nível que habilita o *Stun*, pode ser uma boa colocar ele nas posições do meio para tentar a sorte em atordoar seus adversários.

Acredito que vale o investimento, pelo preço em conta e pela funcionalidade da carta, considero ela importante como descrito para as batalhas. E aqui está ele, nosso card destaque, por conta da baixa capacidade de mana e sua baixa velocidade, com a regra de velocidade reversa, escalei ele para ser o meu tanque, em vista de que estaria apto e em uma ótima sinergia com está batalha. Com seu custo 3, encaixou perfeitamente nos requisitos deste desafio. ____

O combo que gosto de utilizar bastante, com certeza é convocar o GOBLIN PSYCHIC. Sinergia com a invocadora e sua habilidade *Tank Heal* praticamente o faz ser obrigatório escalar para as batalhas. O bônus dessa partida foi o fato de ter a regra de velocidade reversa, 1 ponto a mais para convocar este grande aliado. ____

Um monstro lendário que por sorte tenho em minha coleção, custando 3 de mana e com a velocidade em 1 ponto, sua convocação era certa, já que teria o bônus proporcionado pela invocadora mais a vantagem da regra de batalha. Assim gastei toda a minha mana corretamente e montei uma equipe bem forte. ____

Felizmente, ninguém da minha equipe também caiu. ____

Comecei a pensar que GOBLIN PSYCHIC não iria conseguir segurar a batalha, mas meu oponente cometeu um erro aqui, pois a alta velocidade do seu tanque o prejudicou nesta luta onde a regra de velocidade reversa estava ativa, sendo assim, atacando primeiro, todos conseguiram abater o seu tanque. ____

Este foi apenas um exemplo de como podemos utilizar o HILL GIANT, uma unidade com um enorme custo beneficio, afinal por 3 de mana conseguimos um monstro que consegue segurar o dano e ainda pode contar com a ajuda de vários membros da equipe para dar aquela força e suporte. Welcome to another weekly replay challenge post. Today I will demonstrate the full potential of a monster that I consider very good for battles with low mana capacity and with the earth element. I believe many have already noticed, but Splinterlands always seems to offer us 2 right tank options, one for high mana and one for low mana. This is very interesting, after all, we know that we can count on that specific card depending on each situation. *Without further ado, let's get to the content, I count on your presence!*

This nice (or not) giant is a monster that I usually use a lot for the rules of battles with low mana capacity. ***[Stun](https://www.splintercards.com/abilities.php?ab=6):** The monster that has this ability has a 50% chance to cause a stun when it hits the target. If the effect is applied, your opponent skips / misses the next turn.* Honestly I don't see this skill as very functional, because think with me, what I imagine is that as it has little speed, it can happen that HILL GIANT can't hit its opponent effectively. So, it becomes more of a luck skill, of course if you apply the stun, it will be very good, but I don't see it as something that will always work. The water element, for example, has a lot of monsters with high speed, so for sure blue can be one of the worst matches we'll have. Now if we somehow manage to apply a *[True Strike](https://www.splintercards.com/abilities.php?ab=56)*, there's a good chance the stun will do some damage.

This topic is very quiet that it doesn't even need the battlefield prints demonstrating. In my view 95% of the time HILL GIANT will be in the first position to perform its role as a tank. In some battle rules, I usually use it too, in others I kind of never tested it, but I have a vision as a theory. An example I use for sure is in [REVERSE SPEED](https://www.splintercards.com/rulesets.php?rs=22). Some examples of theory is to use in the rules that allow melee monsters to attack outside of the first position, at your level that enables *Stun*, it can be good to put him in the middle positions to try your luck in stun your opponents.

And here it is, our featured card, because of its low mana capacity and its low speed, with the reverse speed rule, I scaled it to be my tank, given that it would be fit and in great synergy with this battle . With its cost of 3, it perfectly fit the requirements of this challenge. _____

The combo I like to use a lot is definitely summoning the GOBLIN PSYCHIC. Synergy with the summoner and its *Tank Heal* ability practically makes it mandatory to climb into battles. The bonus of this match was the fact that it had the reverse speed rule, 1 point more to summon this great ally. _____

A legendary monster that I luckily have in my collection, costing 3 mana and with speed at 1 point, its summon was right, as it would have the bonus provided by the summoner plus the battle rule advantage. So I spent all my mana correctly and built a very strong team. _____
