🫑 Ingredients: 1 chicken leg. 1 white onion. 1 carrot. 1 piece of green bell pepper. 2 stalks of green onion. 2 small garlic cloves. Salt and pepper to taste. Annatto as needed. Oil and margarine as needed. Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce. >🫑 **Ingredientes:** >1 pierna de pollo. 1 cebolla 🧅 blanca. 1 zanahoria 🥕. 1 trozo de pimentón verde. 2 tallos de cebollín. 2 dientes de ajo pequeños. Sal y pimienta al gusto. Onoto el necesario. Aceite y margarina la necesaria. Salsa inglesa y salsa soya.

🫑 **Preparation:** Wash the chicken, cut it into pieces, and season it with salt, pepper, annatto, and crushed garlic. Set aside for a while to marinate. Cut the vegetables, the onion into rings, the bell pepper into julienne strips, and the carrot into small, thin sticks. I also added some scallions. Place a pot on the stove, add a few tablespoons of oil and margarine. When it's hot enough, add the chicken pieces and fry them until golden brown on all sides. Then, add all the previously prepared vegetables, sauté briefly, and continue mixing. Finally, add 1/2 cup of broth and cover, cooking over low heat until the vegetables are cooked but still al dente. Serve this dish with white rice. >🫑 **Preparacion:** >Lavamos el pollo, lo troceamos y procedemos a condimentarlo con la sal, pimienta, onoto, ajo machacado y lo reservamos un rato para que se marine un poco. >Cortamos los vegetales, la cebolla en aros, el pimentón en juliana, la zanahoria en bastones pequeños y delgados, también agregué unos tallos de cebollín, colocamos una olla en el fuego le ponemos unas cucharadas de aceite y margarina al estar suficientemente caliente colocamos los trozos de pollo y los freímos has que se vean dorados por todos lados, para entonces agregar todos los vegetales que tenemos previamente preparados, sofreímos un poco y seguimos mezclando, por último colocamos 1/2 taza de consomé y tapamos cocinando a fuego lento que se cocinen los vegetales pero a la vez queden al dente, este platillo lo acompañe con arroz blanco.
