During these challenges times with waves of pandemic fear we are left with facing our personal issues.

We know what keeps us stuck and there's no getting away from it until we deal with it.

Until we face it, resolve it and move on.

So if the majority know what keeps them stuck, how long are we going to continue to face it?

To continue the fear, pain and suffering it causes.

How long do we want to live in pain and suffering?

Maybe your health is suffering, perhaps your relationships are suffering.

Or you fail again and again to eat healthy and your weight is far from ideal.

Old patterns from childhood keep you feeling anxious or unworthy.

*You sabotage your goals because you fear failure or success.

Whatever it is, your block sucks up your time and energy, takes a toll on your health, and keeps you from being at your best.

Here are 3 questions to base our readiness for change.

We'll need a firm 'yes' for all three along the journey of positive change and transformation.

So here goes...

1. Are you READY to change?

Now, not later, not tomorrow, or next year. Right now!

2. Are you WILLING to change?

With enough mental fortitude, resilience, determination and motivation.

All the energy you'll need to progress through change.

3. Are you ABLE to change?

With the skills, experiences and resources needed for effective and long lasting change.

So this is what we need to face first of all to gauge our readiness for change or chances of completing any goal.

If we falter with any of those questions then we're going to falter in some way with the changes we really need to make.

If we are affirmative with all 3 then let's get cracking now.
