So proper nutrition occupies a very important place in the harmony of all our dimensions to find balance. Proper nutrition can help us to reach that connection with the higher dimensions because a heavy or intoxicated body usually has a low vibration and therefore hinders that level of communication, which is why practices such as yoga, taichi and meditation emphasizes the importance of proper nutrition to increase the flow of vital energy, nourish the body, mind and emotions, as well as prevent certain diseases. Detoxifying the body periodically brings many benefits for the welfare of our body, although there are many ways to do it, in this invitation we want to promote food as one of the best ways to purify our physical vehicle of toxins we get through additives, chemicals, drugs and even polluted air! among many other sources. Detoxifying your body can help you have more energy and improve your health, your mental processes and mood, it can also help you lose weight, prevent certain diseases and delay cellular aging. This is why we want to promote this Contest where you must make a post answering the following question: > ##### How can you detoxify your body through food? ***

We will highly value creativity and originality so all forms of expression are possible. You can write a post relating your experience, express it through a drawing, a poem or even a plate of food, as long as you explain why the form of expression you have chosen answers the question of the initiative. ***

Muchos estudios científicos afirman que la forma en que nos alimentamos influye en nuestro cuerpo físico al igual que en nuestro aspecto mental y emocional. De modo que una adecuada alimentación ocupa un espacio muy importante en la armonía de todas nuestras dimensiones para encontrar el equilibrio. Una adecuada alimentación puede ayudarnos a alcanzar esa conexión con las dimensiones superiores porque un cuerpo pesado o intoxicado suele tener una baja vibración y por tanto se dificulta ese nivel de comunicación, es por ello que en prácticas como el yoga, taichi y la meditación se hace hincapié en la importancia de una alimentación adecuada para incrementar el flujo de la energía vital, nutrir el cuerpo, la mente y las emociones, además de prevenir ciertas enfermedades. Desintoxicar el organismo periódicamente aporta muchos beneficios para el bienestar de nuestro cuerpo, aunque hay muchas formas de hacerlo, en esta invitación queremos promover la alimentación como uno de los medios más óptimos para depurar nuestro vehículo físico de las toxinas que obtenemos a través de los aditivos, químicos, fármacos e incluso del ¡aire contaminado! entre tantas otras fuentes. Desintoxicar tu cuerpo te puede ayudar a tener más energía y mejorar tu estado de salud, tus procesos mentales y estado de ánimo, puede ayudarte además a perder peso, prevenir ciertas enfermedades y retrasar el envejecimiento celular. Es por esto que queremos promover este Concurso donde debes realizar una publicación respondiendo a la siguiente pregunta: > ##### ¿Cómo puedes desintoxicar tu cuerpo a través de los alimentos? ***

¿Qué necesitas para participar?

Valoraremos mucho la creatividad y originalidad así que todas las formas de expresión son posibles. Puedes escribir un post relatando tu experiencia, expresarla a través de un dibujo, un poema o incluso un plato de comida, siempre que expliques por qué la forma de expresión que has elegido responde a la pregunta de la iniciativa. ***
