Hola a toda la comunidad #Hive y @fulldeportes 👋🏻 el día de hoy me siento muy feliz de poder unirme a esta maravillosa comunidad dedicada a una de mis cosas favoritas, el deporte y la actividad física, desde la primera vez que comencé a ver contenido de esta comunidad me gustó mucho y que mejor que mostrarles también mi contenido relacionado al ejercicio ya que soy muy fan de estar en movimiento y en actividad por salud y bienestar.

Soy Yasmin Manaure licenciada en administración, actualmente en las mañanas laboro en el departamento de historias médicas del Hospital Doctor José Rangel de mi pueblo natal Villa de cura y por las tardes trabajo como secretaria en la escuela básica nacional Teresa Carreño igualmente en mi ciudad, desde siempre me ha gustado mucho la actividad física y el mundo saludable, amo hacer spinning, el fútbol, rutinas de funciónales y lo que más amo en el mundo bailar, también me encanta realizar senderismo y contactar con la naturaleza ya que ayuda a reducir los niveles de estrés y promover el bienestar pero a veces por qué salgo tarde de mi trabajo o mucho cansancio en temporadas no soy muy constante, debido a que en mi trabajo paso la mayoría de las veces sentada eh tenido que asistir al medico el cual me ha recomendado hacer actividad física constantemente ya que ayuda a relajar el área de la cervical y la Colunga.

Cómo les comenté amo hacer senderismo y realizar diferentes rutinas de ejercicios, hacer spinning ya que tiene muchos beneficios para el cuerpo, y el baile es maravilloso por eso todas las tardes asisto a una academia de aquí en villa de cura llamada Alejando Dance en donde nos ejecutamos bailando y aprendiendo pasos de baile, esto ayuda a despejar la mente, liberar estrés y hacer lo que más me gusta el baile el cual este también tiene múltiples beneficios para nuestro cuerpo.

Quiero iniciar mi primer video con una rutina casera de cardio el cual ayuda mucho a quemar grasa y a Tonificar mi cuerpo, inicio está rutina con 5 minutos de calentamiento haciendo spinning para luego seguir con una rutina seguida sin descanso para luego realizar abdominales de pie finalizando con una pequeña respiración de relajación, en el video podrán ver mejor la rutina.😘

> I want to start my first video with a homemade cardio routine which helps a lot to burn fat and tone my body, I start this routine with 5 minutes of warm up doing spinning and then continue with a routine followed without rest and then perform standing sit-ups ending with a little relaxation breathing, in the video you can see better the routine.😘
