Ya pasó toda la algarabía de las fiestas navideñas y de año nuevo, en teoría hemos evaluado lo que logramos en el 2024, qué podemos mejorar y lo que queremos para estos nuevos 365 días, que ya van descontándose, entonces me pregunto: ### ¿Cuál es tu sentimiento hoy? ¿Sigues optimista acerca del futuro o ya no tanto? ¿Has comenzado a implementar esos cambios necesarios para lograr lo que quieres? ¿Qué frase motivacional te dices o te dirías a ti misma para animarte a conseguir tus metas? We have already passed all the excitement of the Christmas and New Year holidays, in theory we have evaluated what we achieved in 2024, what we can improve and what we want for these new 365 days, which are already being discounted, then I wonder: ### What is your feeling today? Are you still optimistic about the future or not so much anymore? Have you started to implement those necessary changes to achieve what you want? What motivational phrase do you say to yourself or would you say to yourself to encourage you to achieve your goals? I invite you to dive into these lyrics and let yourself be inspired. Algunas personas tienen la percepción de que diciembre es un mes en el que distorsiona la realidad, que la alegría del momento es ficticia y ya luego todos vuelven a sus monótonas vidas y seguramente es así para muchos. Pensar en eso me hizo sentir curiosidad ¿Terminó diciembre y se acabó la magia? Todo lo que planificamos ya no es válido? ¿Ya perdimos el impulso de hacer que este año sea mucho mejor que el anterior?

Some people have the perception that December is a month in which reality is distorted, that the joy of the moment is fictitious and then everyone goes back to their monotonous lives and surely it is so for many. Thinking about it made me curious: December is over and the magic is over? Everything we planned is no longer valid, have we already lost the impulse to make this year much better than the last one?

Y por supuesto que la primera en evaluarme fui yo, me detuve a explorar lo que sentía al respecto, encontrando que este mes representa para mí el inicio de todo lo que deseo alcanzar. Mi optimismo sigue intacto, la emoción por mi determinación de ser mejor cada día, por instaurar hábitos nuevos que me provean bienestar y que me acerquen cada vez más a las cosas grandes que tengo en mente. Es el momento de dar esos pequeños pasos, que con el tiempo me dejarán ver grandes cambios, tal como lo aprendí del libro "Hábitos Atómicos". No es necesario que le demos vuelta por completo a lo que somos, de una sola vez; un pequeño cambio al día, en la dirección correcta y de manera constante, lo hará todo.

And of course the first to evaluate myself was me, I stopped to explore how I felt about it, finding that this month represents for me the beginning of everything I want to achieve. My optimism is still intact, the excitement for my determination to be better every day, to establish new habits that provide me with well-being and that bring me closer and closer to the great things I have in mind. It is time to take those small steps, which in time will allow me to see big changes, as I learned from the book “Atomic Habits”. We don't need to completely turn who we are around all at once; one small change a day, in the right direction and consistently, will do it all.

En mí sigue encendida la magia de la Navidad y aún sigo trabajando en mi "*Visión Board"*, me ha llevado tiempo porque lo estoy haciendo con calma, con conciencia y a detalle, porque entiendo que ser específica me ayuda a enfocarme en cómo conseguiré cada cosa. Aún no he comenzado a implementar los cambios que me propuesto, porque sigo organizando mis ideas, pero estoy dispuesta a hacer lo necesario para que este 2025 sea de éxito para mí. Y cierro esta publicación con una frase que que me ayudará en mi *vision board*: **Soy la directora de mi vida y soy capaz de conseguir todo lo que me propongo, en armonía con el universo.**

The magic of Christmas is still burning in me and I am still working on my “*Vision Board ”*, it has taken me time because I am doing it calmly, consciously and in detail, because I understand that being specific helps me to focus on how I will achieve each thing. I have not yet begun to implement the changes I have proposed, because I am still organizing my ideas, but I am willing to do what is necessary to make this 2025 a successful one for me. And I close this post with a phrase that will help me in my *vision board*: **I am the director of my life and I am capable of achieving everything I set my mind to, in harmony with the universe.**
