Shared Ownership: Group housing societies and Resident Welfare associations (RWA) where the funds collected by the residents are often misused and the residents do not have a say in the functioning of the society can adopt a collaborative approach where each decision is to be validated by a certain amount of members and there would be transparency in the handling of the funds. Curation: There are so many talent shows on television which require user voting. This model can create a transparent and efficient way to find the actual winner and eliminate the possibility of fudging.
