Microgreens are young plants from 10 to 14 days after planting. The amount of nutrients in such greens is ten times higher than in ordinary, adult greens. For example, you can take adult dill greens and dill Microgreens. 50 grams of Microgreen dill will contain more nutrients. And imagine how much you need to eat adult dill to get the dose of nutrients that is in 50 grams of Microgreen dill. This is not real. How can this be ?? This is because during the period of growth, Microgreen has the greatest concentration of everything useful, since it is young and needs a lot of useful things for growth and development. This is, in short, what I can tell you about Microgreens in general. At the moment, I have already purchased seeds, containers and growing materials. Something else goes by mail.
