Korzystając z pogody musiałem zajrzeć do pobliskiego lasu ,i nie na darmo była ta decyzja.Już na samym wejściu zobaczyłem duży świecący się kapelusz który pod spodem skrywał drugi połączony ze sobą dwoma grubymi trzonami.Tak to był borowik duży ciężki i zdrowy.Nie wąchałem się i zebrałem byka.* ![](https://usermedia.actifit.io/4852d7df-a8ce-4276-8eb5-4586d4a57e23) #### *Przy samej ścieżce do lasu pod dębem znalazłem kilka żółciutkich pieprzników jadalnych ,ze względu na ciepłą temperature w tym okresie kurki jeszcze się pokazują.* ![](https://usermedia.actifit.io/b526b16f-59b2-4bba-8387-46543403ed74) #### *Wbiłem się w głąb lasu przyciągnęła mnie jasno zielona żyzna ściółka, a na niej oczywiście wyrastały podgrzybki nie nazbierałem ich zbyt wiele bo było dużo małych okazów które dopiero się wybiły na powierzchnię więc dam im urosnąć*🫣😄 ![](https://usermedia.actifit.io/47fcc254-5249-42fe-91a9-e4f53ed1b9f7) #### *Nie nazbierałem ich zbyt dużo bo moim celem było zrobić dzisiaj danie z nie dużej ilości świerzych grzybów.* #### *Tak więc po powrocie opłukałem grzyby i podgotowałem je 5 minut przed samym smażeniem.Posiekałem czerwona cebulę i wrzuciłem na rozgrzane masło.Po chwili dorzuciłem na patelnię grzyby i podsmażałem ok.20 minut posypane solą kłodawską i swierzym zmielonym czarnym pieprzem.* ![](https://usermedia.actifit.io/f3566300-b8e0-4726-90f4-1e66a79f1206) #### *Długo się zastanawiałem tak na prawdę z czym te grzyby przyrządzić i ostateczne najszybciej było zrobić to danie z makaronem.Więc ugotowałem go a w między czasie posiekałem czosnek i szczypior.Ugotowany makaron dorzuciłem do grzybów na patelni dodałem czosnek i jeszcze troszkę masła.* ![](https://usermedia.actifit.io/c7fd503d-2032-4605-adb6-1d4176ea0249) #### *Dla efektu końcowego posypałem danie szczypiorkiem i dodałem małe ogórki konserwowe ,wszytko współgrało idealnie i było pyszne.* 😋 #### *Po posiłku był czas na drzemkę i seans filmowy.Tak że reszta dnia była już leniwą sielanką.Jutro nowy dzień i nowe zadania więc życzę dobrej nocy.* ### IG 87karolczyk ![](https://usermedia.actifit.io/1bc47ee9-811e-47a4-83b9-d76e3cc87c22) #### EN #### *Hi everyone.
