There will be no pre-mint for any user, all Hive members will be able to access the token equally, with only the user's will as a tool to obtain it. We currently have a manual curation bot that votes for Brazilian content, about Brazil or something related to Brazil, as long as they have the Portuguese version in their publication. And these are the immutable first-order criteria for curation. The main pillar of HiveBR will always be helping Brazilian users grow in the first place, but that doesn't stop a non-Brazilian who wants to help the community grow from being part of it and being an active member of our community.
