Nunca me he considerado una persona que coma mucho, pero si me gusta comer rico y últimamente estoy optando por cuidar un poco mi alimentación ya que hace unos años atrás estuve consumiendo comida chatarra en exceso y eso le pasó factura a mi cuerpo, así que en la actualidad estoy empezando a llevar una vida un poco más saludable, cuidando los excesos y no, no me refiero a cantidades, me refiero a la frecuencia con la que consumo alimentos que no son beneficiosos para mí Cuerpo. Lo que más me ha costado es eliminar el consumo excesivo de azúcares, sin embargo si he podido reducirla y eso me hace sentir bien porque mi cuerpo me lo está agradeciendo. >I have never considered myself a person who eats a lot, but I do like to eat well and lately I am choosing to take care of my diet because a few years ago I was consuming junk food in excess and that took its toll on my body, so now I am starting to lead a slightly healthier life, taking care of the excesses and no, I do not mean quantities, I mean the frequency with which I consume foods that are not beneficial to my body. Entonces por tal motivo comencé a cocinar todos los días para mi y debo reconocer que la comida casera es la mejor. Sin embargo, ayer me quedé dormida y desperté tarde así que no tuve oportunidad de cocinar en la mañana y apenas pude desayunar, por ende me tocó comer en la calle ya que no podía permitirme quedarme sin comer pues siempre salgo muy tarde de mi trabajo, aún así tenía muy en cuenta lo que quería almorzar y eso no incluia hamburguesas. Me dirigí al local de comida llamado Titi Food, este queda en un centro comercial que queda a dos cuadras de dónde yo trabajo, este negocio es muy diverso venden todo tipo de comida, principalmente comida rápida Pero, también venden almuerzos así que quise probar a ver qué que tal era la comida allí pues, las hamburguesas, Pepitos y shawarmas los conozco muy bien Pero, jamás había comprado almuerzos allí. >Since I made the decision to take care of my meals I started to take my packed lunch to work every day, since I used to buy a lot of food on the street and that bled my pocket and also swelled my abdomen. So for that reason I started cooking for myself every day and I must admit that homemade food is the best. Este almuerzo venía acompañado de un pequeño vasito de sopa, de las cuales podía elegir entre sopa de cebolla o sopa de auyama y yo elegí cebolla porque soy amante de ella. >After taking a look at the menu I decided on the following: garden rice, Gordon blue, Caesar salad and steamed sautéed vegetables, and as they only had soft drinks and very sugary milkshakes, I ended up choosing a hot red fruit tea without sugar. Algo que no me agrado mucho es que el aderezo de la ensalada cesar estaba un poco agrio, pero en términos generales todo estuvo muy rico. >I must say that the food was very tasty, when I saw the plate at first glance I thought the portion was very small, but honestly it was more than enough since I was full, everything was very tasty, the rice and vegetables were my favorite plus the onion soup was also incredibly delicious. One thing I didn't like was that the caesar salad dressing was a little sour, but overall everything was very tasty. ![1000568389.jpg](https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/lolysacc/23xydjmKZt8L9ycZBR6vDvg7kFH1tc9MCFQTEx1YzjhLKscc4xUXCcXk7Mo3YqKmjmH3o.jpg) El precio de los almuerzos allí es de 6$ sin bebida y el té tuvo un costo de 1$ en total fueron 7$ y valió muchísimo la pena, además este negocio en particular tiene un muy buen ambiente, a pesar de que él centro comercial en el que se encuentra es poco transitado, ellos siempre tienen muchos clientes pues hay un gran flujo de trabajadores que van hasta allá a reunirse a comer y divertirse. Tienen tres espacios distintos, yo por ejemplo me mantuve en el exterior había música y la mesera siempre te atiende con mucho amor así que ya sé a dónde ir cuando no tengo tiempo de llevarme mi almuerzo. 🤣😋 >The price of lunch there is 6$ without drink and the tea had a cost of 1$, in total it was 7$ and it was very worth it, besides this particular business has a very good atmosphere, although the mall where it is located is not very busy, they always have many customers because there is a large flow of workers who go there to meet to eat and have fun.
