Este es un tópico interesante de abarcar porque la comida suele ser un engancho bastante atractivo, porque sinceramente es lo que todos debemos hacer, 3 comidas al días puede ser fastidioso y más si no sabes qué hacer, cómo hacerlo y si de verdad es sano o solo es un capricho en el que OJO, comer sano es muy bueno pero también nos podemos dar un gusto, pero ¿dónde y cómo?

Definitivamente, puedo armar más la lista porque es tan extenso el tema de las comidas o los restaurantes, la gente es muy curiosa porque todos queremos estar sanos y de verdad, que vale la pena entrar a las comunidades de comida o recetas, y encontrar un viaje de contenidos interesantes de aprender ¡Lo que se necesita es un objetivo!
