Stir several times, being careful not to break them. Continue stirring until the water and sugar turn into honey. Add the juice of half a lemon to give it a zesty flavor and reduce the sweetness of the honey. I usually add drops of juice several times to help give the honey a little color and accentuate the color of the shells. Thanks for sharing 🫂🫂 >🍰 **Preparacion:** >Lavamos bien y retiramos la piel a las guayabas, las cortamos en mitades para sacar sus semillas. >Colocamos una olla con 1 litro de agua, el azúcar, la raja de canela y los clavos de olor y revolvemos para disolver el azúcar, al levantar el hervor colocamos todos los cascos de guayaba a cocinar en fuego no muy alto, revolvemos varias veces cuidando de no romper los cascos de guayaba, así seguimos revolviendo hasta que el agua con el azúcar se vaya convirtiendo en miel, agregamos el jugo de medio limón, para darle un punto ácido y bajar el dulzor de la miel. >Yo acostumbro colocar el jugo en gotas en varias oportunidades, para que ayude a darle un poco de color a la miel y a los cascos le acentúe el color, bien amigos como les comenté hoy le dedique mi receta a un postre muy rico, varias veces compré el producto para elaborar este postre y siempre desviaba el objetivo, por fin logré hacerlo espero les agrade, gracias por compartir 🫂🫂
