Saludos mis estimados amigos de Holos&Lotus, en especial a la amiga @lilianajimenez, quien nos trae una iniciativa que apenas leí me identifiqué plenamente con ella [El bienestar de pasar tiempo contigo mismo](https://hive.blog/hive-131951/@lilianajimenez/iniciativa-el-bienestar-de-pasar-un-tiempo-contigo-mism-or-the-well-being-of-spending-time-with-yourself), un tiempo que siempre he tenido para mí y pocas veces hablo de ello, eso sí, lo disfruto mucho.

Hay muchas maneras de pasar tiempo con nosotros mismos, y no se trata de soledad, se trata de de hacer “un break” o “un tiempo necesario” en nuestras vidas, alejarnos del bullicio, ¿y por qué no?, hasta desconectarse de la tecnología, ¿no les pasa que a veces quieren estar solos?. Estar solo no tiene que ser un estado permanente, necesitamos de la interacción, pero, ese tiempo a solas es crucial para llenarnos de energía, para consentirnos y hacer para y por nosotros algo que nos produzca bienestar. Muchas personas se acostumbran a estar siempre acompañadas por la pareja, los hijos, los amigos y no se hallan solas, y tal vez, pasan tiempo a solas consigo mismas y no se dan cuenta. La mejor parte de pasar tiempo conmigo misma es justamente disfrutarlo.

Recuerdo como anécdota que en ocasiones mi madre salía y nos dejaba con la abuela, aunque no entendía del porque de esa salida, me daba cuenta que ella quería y necesitaba de ese tiempo a solas consigo misma, era como un respiro ante esa agotarte rutina, realmente, es comprensible, todos lo necesitamos. En mis tiempos de pasar tiempo conmigo me he enfocado en muchas actividades, como ir al gimnasio y practicar alguna clase de bailoterapia o Spining, también asistir a alguna actividad que involucre estar en movimiento para una vida saludable. Cuando no podía asistir, por algunos meses disfruté mucho hacer mis clases frente a un Televisor y me sentía tan contenta como si la estuviera haciendo en vivo.

“Sentirse solo aunque estés rodeado de gente”, esta frase es muy usada para los que dicen sentirse solos la mayoría de las veces, sin embargo, vamos a darle un giro positivo a esto, puedo estar en un sitio concurrido y pasar un tiempo a solas conmigo misma y disfrutarlo. Esto aplica cuando hago una visita a la peluquería para hacerme algún corte de cabello o arreglar mis uñas. Un tiempo para mí también implicó que hace algunos años me inscribí en un curso de relaciones humanas, fue un fin de semana completo, aunque estaba rodeada de mucha gente, fue una actividad para y por mi propio bienestar. Pasar tiempo conmigo mismo es plenitud y nada de culpas por ese dinero que gasté y me pareció innecesario, nada de eso, si es así, se estropea el momento.

Cuando quiero pasar tiempo conmigo misma me gusta hacerme limpiezas profundas de cutis, aplicar mascarillas y descansar. El autocuidado personal es una de las mejores maneras de decirnos cuanto nos queremos a nosotros mismos. Irme de viaje es otra de las maneras en las que me gusta pasar tiempo a solas, recorrer los centros comerciales, sin apuros ver y comprar ropa, cosas que me gustan o saborear alguna comida que siempre quise probar. Es posible que comer sola no sea muy agradable, pero hay momentos que lo necesito y lo importante es cómo nos sentimos en ese tiempo. Es posible que algunas personas no entiendan esto, a mi me han dicho “no se cómo puedes hacer eso sola” .

En un tiempo a solas he realizado manualidades, no es mi fuerte, sin embargo, me ha resultado muy gratificante, la creatividad se activa y también la concentración. En momentos como esos, me esmero en obtener un buen resultado, el tiempo se va volando y disfruto la actividad. Armar rompecabezas es otra actividad que realizo para pasar tiempo conmigo, me gusta con muchas piezas, donde cada día logro cada vez más avances.

Ver en la TV miniseries, películas y hasta algunas novelas. En ese tiempo conmigo mismo me gusta ver películas de comedia, que me hagan reír, una de las mejores maneras de sentir bienestar. En youtube hay muchos programas de autoayuda que me gusta ver, algunos tratan sobre vencer las inseguridades, como enfrentar el rechazo o consejos para mejorar relaciones de pareja y con el entorno.

La cocina es una actividad muy especial para mí, innovar en el arte culinario es un tiempo conmigo que disfruto mucho. Me gusta preparar bebidas, postres y comidas que muchas veces comparto en mi blog de Hive.

Cada persona tiene su manera de pasar su tiempo a solas, leyendo un libro, caminar, ir a la playa y contemplar el paisaje para meditar y pensar. Lo importante es lograr esa conexión con nuestro yo interno y lograr ese bienestar que nos carga de energía para volver a nuestros días de inevitable rutina.

There are many ways to spend time with ourselves, and it is not about loneliness, it is about making "a break" or "a necessary time" in our lives, getting away from the hustle and bustle, and why not, even disconnecting from technology, don't you sometimes want to be alone? Being alone does not have to be a permanent state, we need interaction, but, that time alone is crucial to fill us with energy, to pamper ourselves and to do for and by ourselves something that produces wellbeing. Many people get used to always being accompanied by their partner, children, friends and are not alone, and perhaps, they spend time alone with themselves and do not realize it. The best part of spending time with myself is just enjoying it.

I remember as an anecdote that sometimes my mother would go out and leave us with grandma, although I didn't understand why she went out, I realized that she wanted and needed that time alone with herself, it was like a respite from that exhausting routine, really, it's understandable, we all need it. In my times of spending time with myself I have focused on many activities, like going to the gym and practicing some kind of dance therapy or Spining, also attending some activity that involves being in movement for a healthy life. When I could not attend, for a few months I really enjoyed doing my classes in front of a TV and I felt as happy as if I was doing it live.

"Feeling lonely even though you are surrounded by people", this phrase is overused for those who say they feel lonely most of the time, however, let's put a positive spin on this, I can be in a crowded place and spend some time alone with myself and enjoy it. This applies when I make a visit to the hairdresser to get a haircut or get my nails done. Time for myself also meant that a few years ago I enrolled in a human relations course, it was a full weekend, even though I was surrounded by many people, it was an activity for and by my own well-being. Spending time with myself is fulfillment and no guilt for that money I spent and found unnecessary, nothing like that, if so, it spoils the moment.

When I want to spend time with myself I like to do deep cleansing, apply masks and rest. Self-care is one of the best ways to tell us how much we love ourselves. Going on a trip is another way I like to spend time alone, going to the malls, leisurely browsing and shopping for clothes, things I like or tasting food I've always wanted to try. Eating alone may not be very pleasant, but there are times when I need it and what is important is how we feel in that time. Some people may not understand this, I have been told "I don't know how you can do that alone".

In a time alone I have done handicrafts, it is not my forte, however, I found it very rewarding, creativity is activated and also the concentration. In moments like these, I strive to get a good result, the time flies by and I enjoy the activity. Putting together puzzles is another activity that I do to spend time with myself, I like it with many pieces, where every day I make more and more progress.

Watching miniseries, movies and even some novels on TV. In that time with myself I like to watch comedy movies that make me laugh, one of the best ways to feel good. On youtube there are many self-help programs that I like to watch, some are about overcoming insecurities, how to deal with rejection or tips to improve relationships and relationships with the environment.

Each person has their own way of spending their time alone, reading a book, walking, going to the beach and contemplating the landscape to meditate and think.
