Other Niche Communities Curation Report #1348

OCD's support is expanding!

Hello everyone! This is the 1348th compilation post of OCD's latest curation efforts. It has been known that OCD has been supporting leading niche communities under its Community Incubation Program. However, there are still a lot of other niche communities not supported by OCD. This curation initiative will help in supporting those communities.

This newest curation effort aims to encourage authors to post in appropriate communities even if those communities are not under the incubation program. This will also encourage users to explore more into the different communities in Hive.

How this Works

OCD curators and community leaders will find posts from other niche communities and recommend them for an upvote. Unlike those communities in the incubation program where curation is focused, this curation initiative is spread out. This will help find undervalued posts from smaller communities that deserve support.

This will highlight both the author and the community where the post is located. This way, smaller niche communities can focus on growing their subscribers and increasing the engagements within their respective communities. A small boost goes a long way.

Speaking of boost, here are the curated posts for this batch:

Receta Arepas andinas [Eng/Esp]

Today is the second Saturday that I wake up in this new home that I am building and I thought of making myself something special for breakfast, so it came to my mind to prepare some Andean arepas that my mom used to make when I was little and that I had not eaten them for years.

It should be noted that it was going to be the first time I prepared them, so I looked for a recipe on the internet and the one that seemed easiest and with ingredients that I had at home was the one I took to make them with the pleasant surprise that they were just as I remembered them as a child.

My Stretched Out Weekend / HPUD

Well I'll first talk about my day at work and the results that most of us look forward to. Upfront if you don't know one of my primary duties is loading and unloading aircraft. So for most of the week everyone at my work knew we were going to have a crazy work weekend. A schedule was set up on Wednesday but than Friday came. Throughout Friday our weekend overtime schedule was modified a handful of times. Most of the day was slow we just were monitoring one of three inbound aircraft coming in.

I invite and encourage you to participate in the PUD month by month, it is a great way to grow your account and put a grain of sand for our wonderful blockchain to grow every day. Be encouraged...

Blue Hair, Don't Care! Skipping the Salon to DIY

I've had unnaturally colored hair for most of my adult life. My father had very few rules he enforced during my teenage years, and one was that I could not have weird hair. I believe I've dyed it (mostly blue) ever since I aged out of this parameter.

The one issue I've always had is that I care about my hair A LOT. I'm not one to have dainty nails or a put together outfit... But my hair? I take my hair very seriously.

Cayo Sombrero, Chichiriviche, Falcón Venezuela🌊 Part III

But the ones who make the most profit are those who sell food dishes, we wanted to try something from there if only for the experience, we had brought fried chicken, but we could not resist the temptation and the truth is that this dish was MEGA DIVINE.

It had shrimp, calamari, an EXQUISITE ceviche, god I remember it and my mouth was watering, but it had a cost of 20$ and even 30$ very expensive.

Removing makeup from my face[🇪🇸/🇱🇷]

Every day as a woman, we suffer or go through different situations, one of the most common is the one that most of us go through every morning, being judged by men, because we take too long to be ready to go out🛵, they do not understand that one of our feminine characteristics💃 is to be very detailed and delicate with everything, much more if it is our face👩, everything can be covered or disguised except our face, that's why every day we take care of it and protect it, Much more if it's about our face👩, everything can be covered or disguised except our face, that's why every day we strive for its care and protection, I will be sharing with you what is the process that my face undergoes daily.

"SANTA ANA ROADS" - (Caminos de Santa Ana) || ENG-ESP || (16 Pics)

If you are arriving to Montalbán (Carabobo, Venezuela) using the main access road, you will find a secondary road which takes you to the northwest of the town, just one kilometer before entering the town center and marked with a rusty and unreadable sign on which years ago you could read "SANTA ANA"...

Work that is not work (for me)

I work for a magazine, covering sporting events most of the time, and many of them take place on weekends. It can be any kind of events, galas, meetings, competitions, practices... but you know what? in general I don't consider my job a job. I only see it that way when I have to be accompanied by someone who talks a lot and nonsense, or someone who complains (I can't stand people who constantly complain). One of the best thing about my job is that to do it I need to move. And so I get rid of these kinds of people.
