AYER le estuve hablando a una sobrina que vive en el Peru ,sobre esta hermosa comunidad, de cual pertenezco hace apenas dos semanas. Le hable un poco de todas esas cosas maravillosas que podemos compartir . Ella me comenta, que sería bueno que les compartiera ese plato, el cual a muchos venezolano que hacen vida en ese país les gusta mucho y lo consumen muy seguido, preparándolos de manera muy variable, es decir, que lo pueden preparar con pollo, carne o pescado. >I tell you why the preparation of this dish. Se le agrega la zanahoria, la cebolla picada y la mayonesa junto a la sal al gusto. >* Once the breast is ready, it is cut or shredded. En este caso utilice una lata de mantequilla, donde se le coloco una parte del puré de papas , luego una capa de aguacate picado en laminas. Una capa de la pechuga de pollo y otra de puré de papa. Por último decoramos con láminas de huevo y aguacate y hojas de perejil. >Once everything is prepared, what we have left is to mount our Peruvian cause in the Venezuelan style.
