### Hallo Steemians, heute ein Beitrag zu den vorläufigen Ergebnissen der bayrischen Landtagswahl. Zuerst mal die Hochrechnung (Stand: 19:15) Edit: Ersetzt durch vorläufiges Endergebnis:

### Hello Steemians, today a post about the bavarian regional election. At first the extrapolation (status at 19:15) Edit: Replaced with preliminary results:

Die CSU bleibt wie erwartet stärkste Kraft (37,2%). Es folgt die Überraschung, die sich schon die letzten Tage abzeichnete: Die Grünen sind vorläufig mit 17,5% zweitstärkste Partei im neuen bayrischen Landtag. Noch ein paar Prozentpunkte weiter hinten folgen die freien Wähler (FW, 11,6%), die Alternative für Deutschland (AfD, 10,2%) und die Sozialdemokraten (SPD, 9,7%). Noch nicht ganz sicher war der Einzug der FDP (5,1%), aber sie hats geschafft und nicht in den Landtag geschafft hat es die Linke (3,2%). Jetzt noch einige weitere Infos und Grafiken:

The christian-social CSU stays strongest party, as expected (37,2%). Followed by the surprise that has been in the offing for the last few days: Die Green party is, for the time being, with 17,5% the second strongest party in the new bavarian parliament. A few percent points behind follow the Freien Wähler (FW, Free Voters, 11,6%), Alternative für Deutschland (AfD, alternative for germany, 10,2%) and the Sozialdemokraten (SPD, social democrats, 9,7%). Not totally safe for the evening were the Freien Demokraten (FDP, free democrats, 5,1%), but they made it and the left probably didn't make it into the regional parliament (3,2%) . Als Verlierer des Abends kann man CSU und SPD bezeichnen, die beide Wählerstimmen im zweistelligen Prozentbereich verloren haben. Während die CSU trotzdem stärkste Kraft bleibt sendet dies die SPD von Platz 2 auf 5. Gewinner des Abends sind die Grünen, die überraschend ~9% zulegen können. Die AfD schafft ebenfalls aus dem Stand ~10%, bleibt somit jedoch hinter bisherigen Befürchtungen zurück. Es folgt die vorraussichtliche Sitzverteilung:

The losers of the evening are CSU and SPD, who both lost votes in the double-digit percentage range. While the CSU remains the strongest force, the SPD slips from 2nd to 5th place. The winners of the evening are the Greens, who can surprisingly gain ~9%. The AfD also manages ~10% from a standing start, but thus lags behind previous fears. Sehr positiv und erwähnenswert ist die von 2013 zu jetzt, 2018, gestiegene Wahlbeteiligung von 63,9% auf 72,4%.

Very positive and noteworthy is the risen voting-participation from 2013, 63,9%, to 72,4% now, in 2018.
