After thoroughly sterilizing our area, we decided to move on to the production phase. Once the area was dry, we began processing. During production, care was taken to avoid contact with the grapes. We used two basins to crush the grapes. One for holding the grapes in, and the other for crushing them. After the pressing, next was the fermentation process. Using wine yeast directly yields more effective results. However, we used grape clusters instead of yeast. We sealed the canister tightly. It shouldn't have any air in it. We moved it to a dark, sunless area. Then we wrapped the canister lid with duct tape. _Bidonun ağzını iyice kapattık.
