Are you done with people and ready to cocoon yourself in your room as you marathon show after show? Honey, me too. Me flippin' too. Now, I don't have the secret to happiness. But I myself am a pretty happy person. I've been called cheerful. Charming. Delightful. I've been called a b****. But that doesn't bother me. It's water off a duck's back as they say... I'm almost 33 and I think I've got this life thing figured out (for me anyway). Things aren't always going to go my way and that's fine. Things aren't always going to work out. And that's fine. Things like poor grammar and people who call me Annie are going to make me twitch. And that's ok. I'm merely human. And so begins my introduction. I'm Anna and I like things. Lots of things. I like comics and graphic novels. I'm obsessed with Batman and Assassin's Creed. I eat like a weight lifter and dance like smoke coming off of a cigarette. I'm a graphic designer by day, and at night I remove my mask and become the star of my own personal reality TV show where the audience consists of my 2 dogs and 1 cat. I love singing. I love my husband. I love the fact that he's just a bit bigger than me and I can wear his clothes without it looking like I'm swimming in them. I live in a big city where I feel as tall as the buildings some days. And I love a good romp through the woods, just as much as I enjoy a pensive walk through a museum. I like enjoying things... it beats being sour about stuff. I like being me, in my skin, here and now. I'm sorry if you thought you'd be getting more out of this post. I'm not a therapist. I'm not a motivational speaker. I'm just an optimist who, in my short time on this planet, have learned 5 easy things that work well for me:

Be pleasant. Be humble. Be accepting. Be sincere. Be fearless.
