The meeting was held with high creativity as well as high level of involvement of participants. This is evident from the discussion that took place in the second session.

Activities meet up KSI Chapter Banda Aceh chaired @kemal13 took place in Rumoh Aceh Trend, which also became the editorial office of the online media. The house is located in Tibang, a suburb of Banda Aceh, exposed to the December 26, 2004 earthquake and tsunami. However, the area is now much more beautiful, including Rumoh Aceh Trend which is the location of the implementation of meet up KSI Chapter Banda Aceh.

Participants from various regions can enjoy warm sanger and coffee, plus beans and corn on the cob. Community like rice seeds

Pertemuan digelar dengan kreativitas tinggi serta tingkat keterlibatan peserta yang juga tinggi. Ini terlihat dari diskusi yang berlangsung pada sesi kedua.

Urutan kegiatan Meet Up KSI Chapter Banda Aceh dikemas dengan menarik sehingga tidak membuat bosan para Steemians yang hadir. Kegiatan meet up KSI Chapter Banda Aceh yang diketuai @kemal13 berlangsung di Rumoh Aceh Trend, yang juga menjadi kantor redaksi media online tersebut. Rumah itu terletak di Tibang, sebuah daerah pinggiran Kota Banda Aceh yang terpapar gempa dan tsunami pada 26 Desember 2004 silam. Namun, daerah itu kini sudah jauh lebih indah, termasuk Rumoh Aceh Trend yang menjadi lokasi pelaksanaan meet up KSI Chapter Banda Aceh.

Karena berlangsung di rumoh (rumah), maka suasana kekeluargaan sangat terasa. Komunitas ibarat sebuah keluarga yang terdiri dari ayah, ibu, anak, dan juga saudara lainnya. Dalam sebuah keluarga, terdapat berbagai selera. Dalam keluarga juga terdiri dari berbagi profesi dan hobi, tetapi mereka tetap satu keluarga. Dalam sebuah komunitas, juga sama. Makanya, sebuah komunitas itu seperti sebuah keluarga yang berbeda dalam selera, gaya, dan profesi, tetapi tetap satu.

Suasana hangat dan penuh kekeluargaan juga terasa dari kopi dan sanger (capucino khas Aceh) yang disedikan panitia. Para peserta dari berbagai daerah bisa menikmati sanger dan kopi yang hangat, ditambah dengan kacang dan jagung rebus. Mendengar testimoni para Steemians sambil menyeruput kopi dan makan jagung atau kacang rebus, persis seperti berada di dalam rumah sendiri.

Komunitas seperti bibit padi

Di meja terdapat beberapa bibit padi menghijau yang ditempatkan dalam wadah tertentu. Saya mengibaratkan sebuah komunitas juga seperti bibit padi yang harus dirawat agar tumbuh dan kemudian bisa menghasilkan beras. Komunitas harus dirawat oleh semua anggotanya agar tidak terganggu hama yang bisa menyebabkan gagal panen.

Filosofi bibit padi bisa diterapkan dalam membesarkan komunitas. Bagi Steemians yang hadir dalam meet up pertama KSI Chapter Banda Aceh, tentu melihat betapa indah dan lembutnya bibit padi tersebut. Indah, lembut, sekaligus tidak berdaya. Bibit itu belum menghasilkan apa pun. Namun, karena bibit padi menyatu, sulit mencabutnya dari akarnya yang kuat.

Komunitas membuat suasana gembira seperti yang disajikan dalam stand up komedi tentang Steemit dalam meet up tersebut. Dengan menjaga kegembiraan di Steemit, kita tidak terjebak dalam kepentingan jangka pendek seperti reward dan semacamnya (meski itu tetap kita butuhkan).
