Hola amigos, hoy quiero contarles una mala experiencia que tuve hace 1 mes. Hace un tiempo comencé a trabajar en la misma empresa que un ex amigo. La empresa está en Estados Unidos y yo vivo en Colombia, por lo que todo el trabajo era virtual. Me encargaba de la entrada de datos y la parte administrativa. Trabajé para la empresa durante 3 años, siempre mantuve un trabajo impecable, aprendí bastante rápido y nunca tuve quejas ni problemas con nadie en la empresa. A veces nos tocaba trabajar en pareja, y en algunas ocasiones me asignaban como compañero a mi ex amigo (en ese momento aún éramos amigos).

Decidí terminar nuestra amistad hace meses, ya que me di cuenta de que era una mala persona, siempre hablaba mal de mí a mis espaldas. Puse en práctica el contacto cero, pero el problema era que trabajábamos juntos. A pesar de que teníamos que hablar por trabajo en algunas ocasiones, siempre mantuve la distancia. Escuchaba rumores de que él hablaba mal de mí en la empresa, pero nunca le presté atención. Hasta que un día, de repente, me despidieron sin ninguna justificación. Mi jefe me dijo que la empresa estaba mal y que ya no necesitaban mis servicios.

Una semana después, alguien muy importante en la empresa me contó que mi amigo había presentado muchas quejas sobre mí. A pesar de que varias personas en la empresa no aceptaron lo que él dijo, mi jefe decidió despedirme debido al cargo importante que tenía mi ex amigo dentro de la empresa.

Me sentí muy triste y no entiendo cómo una persona puede hacer tanto daño cuando nunca se lo has hecho. Sabiendo lo importante que era ese trabajo para mí, todo el cariño y esfuerzo que puse durante estos 3 años para que me despidieran injustamente me molestó demasiado. Sin embargo, decidí dejarlo así y alejarme de todos, ya que me sentía muy triste y pensaba que nada de eso me aportaba cosas positivas.

Con este tema, quiero decirles que nunca sean esa persona que hace daño solo porque sienten el deseo de pasar por encima de los demás para sentirse superiores. La vida da muchas vueltas y hoy puedes estar en la cima, pero mañana no sabes cuándo tocará tocar fondo. Soy bastante fuerte, sé que estas son malas experiencias y que esto será para mejor, porque cuando una puerta se cierra, otras más se abren.

Me cuesta un poco expresarme, pero escribiendo me siento mucho mejor. Les doy gracias por llegar hasta aquí y leerme. Nunca te rindas ni dejes que nada ni nadie te haga sentir mal.

Hello friends, today I want to tell you about a bad experience I had 1 month ago. Some time ago I started working in the same company as a former friend. The company is in the United States and I live in Colombia, so all the work was virtual. I was in charge of data entry and the administrative part. I worked for the company for 3 years, I always kept an impeccable job, I learned pretty fast and I never had complaints or problems with anyone in the company. I decided to end our friendship months ago, as I realized that he was a bad person, always talking bad about me behind my back. I implemented zero contact, but the problem was that we worked together. Even though we had to talk for work sometimes, I always kept my distance. I heard rumors that he was badmouthing me in the company, but I never paid attention to it. Until one day, out of the blue, I was fired without any justification. My boss told me that the company was in bad shape and that they no longer needed my services.

A week later, someone very important in the company told me that my friend had made many complaints about me. Even though several people in the company did not accept what he said, my boss decided to fire me because of the important position my former friend had within the company.

I felt very sad and I don't understand how a person can do so much damage when you have never done it to them. Knowing how important that job was for me, all the love and effort I put during these 3 years to be fired unfairly upset me too much. However, I decided to leave it at that and walk away from everyone, as I felt very sad and thought that none of it was bringing me positive things.

With this theme, I want to tell you to never be that person who hurts just because you feel the desire to go over the heads of others to feel superior. Life takes many turns and today you can be at the top, but tomorrow you don't know when you will hit bottom. I am quite strong, I know that these are bad experiences and that this will be for the better, because when one door closes, others open.
