This artwork resides on a condemned housing estate in South London, i'm not sure who the artist is and i don't recognise the lettering, it is nonetheless an outstanding piece especially the characters in the centre who seem to be having a bit of a shindig.
There is a lot of art in these areas and most of it is in stark contrast to the surroundings as the homes here are to be demolished and everything looks a bit grey and unkept.
