Blockchain is a very under utilised tool and there exist very few real world case uses outside of cryptocurrencies, though for almost any blockchain enthusiast a use can been seen almost everywhere we look. I came across this video on Bloomberg's youtube channel, i was quite surprised to see it tbh because usually Bloomberg bash crypto and only ever talk about it negatively.

To summarise the above video; a blockchain has been implemented in to an apartment block where each unit has been tokenised and owners are those who are hodlers of said tokens, i found this very intriguing and promising for blockchain as a whole.
