After the workshop, there was parent child programme and I stayed to help and also put into practice some things I had learn.
训练完后，接着有个亲子活动而我也带下来帮忙和实习一下。
First lesson to you: Children listen better when they are seated.
第一课告诉你： 要小朋友听话最好让他们坐下来。
First handling of the rackets. Spin and catch it.
首先接触了球拍。 旋转并抓回它。
Then more exercise with handling the racket.
然后，更多练习运用球拍的运动。

Getting a sense or balance.

The balloon exercises. Even the adults have fun with that. Of course, some got burst along the way.
