Perfect is a book with the alternative perspective on mental health and addiction that I discovered and used, personally, to find lasting recovery.
This is a pro bono project aimed at raising awareness and to share the information I found after years of extensive research...
and through "walking" my own recovery, from a variety of "chronic" mis-diagnosed mental "disorders" and addiction...
into lasting and permanent stability and peace.
I believe, with the same information, approach, therapies and skills I found and used, that others may find more permanent and lasting health as well.
An alternative perspective on mental health and addiction.
