Have you ever thought about making omelette using coconut milk instead of milk in general?
I created this recipe because at that time I ran out of milk, and thought of replacing milk with coconut milk.
The results were very satisfying. Omelette with coconut milk turned out to be rich in fragrance.

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 4 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 50 ml coconut milk
- A spring onion
Cooking Instructions
- Step 1
Mix all-purpose flour, salt, pepper, coconut milk.
Mix well until completely mixed.
- Step 2
Mix the flour mixture with eggs, then add the chopped green onion.
Stir well.
- Step 3
Heat a non-stick pan. Then cook the egg mixture.
- Step 4
Don't forget to turn over the omelette mixture carefully.
- Step 5
Serve with your favorite vegetables.
Here I present an omelette with Stir Fried Chinese Cabbages.
With this new recipe, I prefer this recipe compared to omelettes that use plain milk.
You should try this recipe and compare yourself to a better taste between regular omelette or omelette using coconut milk.
