- 250 grams of tofu
- 100 grams of breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour

Prepare tofu. Dry water on tofu with paper towl.
Cut it into smaller squares.

Prepare 2 tablespoons of cornstarch and all-purpose flour.
Mix with enough water until well blended.
Step 3
Prepare breadcrumbs. Add refined salt and pepper. Please note that there is no lumpy salt. We recommend using fine salt.

Dip the pieces of tofu into the flour mixture.
Step 5
Roll pieces of tofu that have been dipped in flour dough, into breadcrumbs.
Step 6
