Step 1

Prepare two eggs and two breads (this amount is adjusted to your taste)

Heat a non-stick pan, then cook breads and eggs without oil. Cover pan during cooking.

Meanwhile stir-fry the vegetables. The type of veggie is according to your taste. Lift and set aside.

After toasts and eggs are cooked, set the dish on a plate.

Add stir-fried vegetables and egg on top of the toast.

Add brightly colored fruit.
