Ingredients:

- Cauliflower, 1 PC.
 - Cottage cheese or cream cheese, 100 gr.
 - Butter, 70 gr.
 - Rosemary
 - Garlic
 - Salt to taste
 
Cabbage disassemble on inflorescences.

Boil in boiling salted water for 10-15 minutes.

Melt the oil, press the garlic, chop the rosemary.

Punch boiled cabbage blender, add rosemary, butter, garlic and cheese.

All mix, salt to taste.

Use as a side dish (warm) or as a cold snack.

And if you add a little cream and boil for five minutes, you get an amazing cream soup. Serve with croutons.
