Today chicken breast stuffed with herbs and tender mozzarella with baked fragrant potatoes.

Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet, 2 PCs.
- Potatoes, 300 gr.
- Mozzarella cheese, 70 gr.
- Celery, 30 gr.
- Marjoram, 0.5 tsp.
- Oregano, 0.5 tsp
- Paprika is sweet and spicy, 0.5 tsp each.
- Garlic, 4 prongs
- Fresh Basil
- Black pepper, salt, vegetable oil
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Cut the potatoes in half and boil in salted water for 20 minutes.
Cheese RUB on a coarse grater, celery clean and cut into small cubes, garlic and Basil leaves chop finely.
Mix cheese, celery, Basil, paprika and half garlic.
Fillet cut along not to the end, open and beat.
Salt, pepper, put the filling of cheese and herbs, roll up.
Fry on high heat for a minute and a half on each side in a small amount of vegetable oil.
Put the potatoes with chicken on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
Mix the rest of garlic, oregano and marjoram with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and salt.
Pull out the pan, shift the potatoes into a separate container and mix with herbs and garlic.
Return the potatoes on a baking sheet put in the oven, turn off and leave alone for five minutes.
Serve, decorated with a leaf of Basil.
