Hello!
Today we will cook duck breast with cherry filling — an interesting, unusual and very tasty combination.
Difficulty: 3/10
Cooking time: 20 min.
Number of servings: 2
Ingredients:
- Duck fillet (breast with skin), 2 PCs.
- Cherry, 100 gr.
- Cumin ground, 1/2 tsp
- Cinnamon, 1/3 tsp
- Black pepper
- Salt
Cut the cherries, mix with cumin and cinnamon.
The skin cut in a criss-cross pattern.
Make a "pocket", stuff with cherries, stab with a toothpick, salt pepper to taste.
Fry the duck on the side of the skin in a dry pan for two minutes on high heat. Turn over to the other side, reduce the heat to low, cover and cook for 12 minutes.
Remove from heat, give a rest for five minutes and serve.
Bon appetit!
