Ingredients:

  • Onion, 1 PC.
  • Anchovies, fillets, 5 gr.
  • Butter, 20 gr.
  • Grainy mustard, 5 gr.
  • Worcester sauce, 10 ml
  • Curry, yellow, 1/2 tsp
  • Capers, 5 gr.
  • Garlic, 1 clove
  • Parsley, 5 gr.
  • Tarragon, 3 gr.
  • Green onions, 5 gr.
  • Black pepper
  • Salt

Better to use shallots, but if you have a onion only, take it smaller.

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Onion cut into small cubes. Parsley, tarragon, green onions and garlic chop finely.
