Today we will try to make beef with delicious sauce.

Ingredients:
- Beef, 300 gr.
- Onion, 1 PC.
- Anchovies, fillets, 5 gr.
- Butter, 20 gr.
- Grainy mustard, 5 gr.
- Worcester sauce, 10 ml
- Curry, yellow, 1/2 tsp
- Capers, 5 gr.
- Garlic, 1 clove
- Parsley, 5 gr.
- Tarragon, 3 gr.
- Green onions, 5 gr.
- Black pepper
- Salt
Better to use shallots, but if you have a onion only, take it smaller.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Onion cut into small cubes. Parsley, tarragon, green onions and garlic chop finely.
Put in a blender all the ingredients except meat (leave some green onions for serving).
Grind with a blender until smooth.
Heat a little vegetable oil in a frying pan. Meat salt and pepper to taste and fry on high heat for one minute on each of the four sides.
Cover with fragrant oil and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
Give a rest for five minutes, cut into portions and serve, decorated with green onions.
