Chicken and mushroom Julienne

Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet, ~180 gr.
  • Cream 20-33%, 250 ml
  • Champignons, 250-300 gr.
  • Onion, 1 pcs.
  • Butter, 20 gr.
  • Cheese, 70 gr.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 230°C.

Cut the mushrooms finely. You can use a food processor:

Put the mushrooms in the pan, evaporate the water, add oil, onion, pepper, salt and fry lightly:

Add half of the cream and boil until the consistency of thick sour cream:

Put ramekins on a baking sheet and grease the inside of each with butter:
