I recently talked about similar dish based on mashed potatoes and minced meat, and today we have a recipe where the ingredients are present in the form of tangible fragments, which are then baked in the sauce.
This is reminiscent of the classic gratins or moussaka - all pieces, and the result is tender and juicy.

Ingredients:
- Potatoes, 500 gr.
- Beef, 300 gr.
- Bell pepper, 1 pcs.
- Milk, 200 ml
- Tomatoes in own juice, 150 gr.
- Cheese, 100 gr.
- Garlic, 1 clove
- Ground cinnamon, 1/4 tsp
- Flour, 25 gr.
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Cut the potatoes into circles of 3 mm, put in boiling salted water and cook for 15 minutes.
Finely chop the garlic and cut the pepper into strips.
Meat cut across the fibers into pieces of five millimeters, salt, pepper and lightly beat.
Heat a little vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the meat over high heat for one minute on each side.
Remove the meat, reduce the heat to medium, add a little oil to the pan and fry the garlic for thirty seconds.
Add the flour and cook for a minute.
Pour the milk, salt and cook for a minute, painstakingly breaking the lumps.
Add tomatoes, cinnamon and 50 ml of water. Stir, set aside.
Pepper pour boiling water for five minutes.
Grease the form with vegetable oil or butter and spread the potatoes.
Pepper.
Meat.
Sauce.
Grated cheese.
Bake in the oven for fifteen minutes and serve.
