Today I will tell you about another Italian dish.

Ingredients:

- Pasta Penne, 200 gr.
- Lamb minced meat, 360 gr.
- Onion, 1 PC .
- Mashed tomatoes, 100 gr.
- Tomato juice, 250 ml
- Dry garlic, 0.5 tsp
- Ground Jeera, 0.5 tsp
- Horseradish, 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper, salt, vegetable oil
Onions clean and cut into small cubes.

Mix the mince, garlic, jeera and onion. Salt and pepper to taste.

Make meatballs.

Heat a little vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the meatballs over high heat for two minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add tomato juice and cook over medium heat for 6 minutes.

Cook the Penne in boiling salt water for 10-12 minutes.
Add tomatoes and horseradish to the pan. Cook for three minutes.

Flip the foam on a colander, let the water drain and add to the pan. Gently mix with the sauce, try salt and pepper, warm for a minute and sprinkle with chopped Basil leaves (leave a couple to serve).
