Today we will cook a baked meats, covered potato pancakes.

Ingredients:

- Meat (beef or pork), 300 gr.
 - Soy sauce, 20 ml
 - Flour, 50 gr.
 - Gouda cheese or similar, 50 gr.
 - Eggs, 2 PCs.
 - Potatoes, 500 gr.
 - Black pepper, salt, vegetable oil
 
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Meat cut into portions, beat to a thickness of 5 mm, pour soy sauce and leave for 10 minutes to marinate.

Potatoes clean, three on a coarse grater, squeeze from moisture and mix with eggs, flour (leave a little for breading meat) and grated cheese.

Salt, mix, divide the parts by the number of portions of meat.

Heat a little vegetable oil in a pan, spread the potato mixture in parts and fry for a minute and a half on each side over medium heat.

Put the potato pancakes aside, breaded the meat in the remaining flour.
Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the pan and fry the meat for a minute on each side over high heat.

Spread the meat on a baking sheet, cover with potato pancakes and bake in the oven for 18 minutes.

Serve, sprinkled with herbs.
