Today we have a very simple recipe for a very tasty salad.

Ingredients:

- Onion, 1 PC.
 - Pickles, 2 PCs.
 - Bay leaf
 - Cloves, 1 PCs.
 - White wine vinegar, 10 ml
 - Sugar, 5 gr.
 - Salt to taste
 
Onions clean and cut into half rings, cucumbers into strips.

Bring to a boil 100 ml of water, add salt, vinegar, Bay leaf and cloves.

Load onions and cook over low heat for 3-4 minutes.

Throw the onion in a colander, let the water drain.

Throw away the Bay leaf with the cloves, add the cucumber, sugar and stir.

Serve.
