Today we have an Italian-style dish — tagliatelle with shrimps in a creamy sauce.

Number of servings: 4
Ingredients:
- Shrimp, 300 gr.
- Cream 35%, 250 ml
- Tagliatelle (or similar paste), 250 gr.
- Parmesan, 100 gr.
- Garlic, 2 cloves
- Oregano, 0.5 tsp
- Black pepper and salt to taste
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
If the shrimps is frozen, fill them with boiling water for five minutes, and clean if necessary:
Clean the garlic and cut plates, heat in a pan a little butter and fry the garlic 30 seconds:
Remove the garlic, put the shrimps and fry over medium heat for two minutes:
Add oregano, cream, pepper and salt to taste, bring to a boil and cook for two minutes:
Add half of grated cheese, warm for a minute and turn off the heat:
Cook the tagliatelle as indicated on the package (6-10 minutes).
Serve sprinkled with grated Parmesan cheese:
