Ingredients:
- Pikeperch (fillet on the skin), 400 gr.
- Onion, 1 PC.
- Sour cream (20%), 100 gr.
- Gouda cheese, 50 gr.
- Broccoli, 100 gr.
- Flour, 25 gr.
- Dill, 30 gr.
- Garlic, 1 clove
- Vegetable oil
- Salt
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Fish cut into pieces, broccoli medium fragments, onions, dill, garlic finely, cheese rub on a fine grater.
Heat a little vegetable oil in a frying pan, cut the skin of the pikeperch slightly, fry it on high heat for two minutes on each side and shift it into a baking dish.
Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the pan and fry the onion and garlic for two minutes, stirring constantly.
Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, flour and fry for half a minute, then add sour cream, pour 170 ml of hot water and mix thoroughly.
Add broccoli, salt to taste, cook for one minute, put dill, stir and remove from heat.
Pour fish with sauce, sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
