Today we will prepare potato casserole with sour cream, chopped meat, celery and cheese.

Ingredients:
- Beef, 350 gr.
- Potatoes, 750 gr.
- Egg, 1 PC.
- Celery, 50 gr.
- Onion, 1 PC.
- Cream (10%), 200 ml
- Sour cream, 100 gr.
- Garlic, 2 cloves
- Hard cheese, 30 gr.
- Parsley
- Dill
- Vegetable oil
- Salt
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Peel potatoes, cut into small pieces and boil in boiling water for 20 minutes.
Meat cut into thin layers and lightly beat.
Each layer is cut into strips and then small cubes.
Onions, garlic and celery clean and cut into cubes. Dill and parsley finely chop.
Heat some vegetable oil in a pan and fry onions, celery and garlic over high heat for two minutes.
Add the meat and fry for five minutes.
Add cream, chopped parsley and cook over medium heat for five minutes. Salt to taste.
When the potatoes are cooked, add the egg, salt, chopped dill and crush in puree.
The bottom of the baking dish smeared with a small amount of vegetable oil and spread 1/3 of potatoes.
Half of the meat.
Again 1/3 potatoes, the rest of the meat, potatoes, smeared with sour cream on top and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes and serve with chopped herbs.
