Ingredients:
- Chicken, (thigh, fillet) 360 gr.
- Sour cream 20%, 360 gr.
- Eggs, 2 PCs.
- Mayonnaise, 200 gr.
- Flour, 100 gr.
- Ginger, 15 gr.
- Garlic, 1 clove
- Soda, 0.5 tsp.
- Cilantro
- Parsley
- Leek, 100 gr.
- Sesame oil, 10 ml
- Soy sauce, 25 ml
- Salt, black pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Cut the chicken into small pieces:
Leek cut into thin half-rings:
Finely chop the ginger:
Finely chop the garlic:
Parsley and coriander chop:
Heat a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken over high heat for 1.5 minutes:
Add the leek and continue to fry for another two minutes:
Remove the pan from the heat, add salt, pepper, ginger, herbs, garlic, soy sauce and sesame oil:
Stir and set aside:
In a deep bowl, beat the eggs:
Add sour cream, mayonnaise, soda and a pinch of salt.
Stir:
Add the flour and mix again, bringing to a homogeneous consistency:
Grease the baking dish with butter:
Pour half of the batter:
Put the filling:
Fill the second half of the test:
And bake in the oven for half an hour:
